Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with a Deep Tweak Audio product, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests are reviewed according to this policy, Paddle's applicable refund procedures, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, license abuse, or other misuse.

2. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund.

Please provide relevant information where possible, such as:

• your operating system;
• DAW and version;
• plugin format;
• product version;
• a description of the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve genuine compatibility or software problems.

If the product is materially defective or does not operate as described, your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

3. Compatibility

System requirements and supported platforms are provided on relevant product pages.

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility with their operating system, DAW, plugin format, and computer before purchasing.

However, nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights that may apply where a product is defective, materially misrepresented, or not fit for its stated purpose.

4. Refund Abuse

Refunds may be refused where permitted by law if there is reasonable evidence of:

• repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests;
• fraudulent transactions;
• abuse of licensing or activation systems;
• unauthorized distribution of software or license credentials;
• other behavior intended to obtain continued use of the product without payment.

This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Effect of a Refund

When a refund is granted:

• the relevant software license is terminated;
• associated license keys or activations may be disabled;
• you must stop using the refunded product;
• you must delete copies of the refunded software in your possession where reasonably applicable.
