About DeepTweakAudio

Hi, I’m Major Hon, the founder of DeepTweakAudio. I am a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer and music educator with over 15 years of experience; I also compose music and conduct research on vocal performance. DeepTweakAudio was established in 2026 as a small team born from the shared passion for music engineering held by my students and myself.

The audio tools we develop stem from a desire to solve real-world problems we’ve encountered in our own work—addressing tasks that felt overly tedious, lacked precision, or suffered from unsatisfactory solutions.

The idea is pretty simple: make tools that are creative, useful, and give you precise control without making the workflow more complicated than it needs to be.

We aren't really interested in big promises, magic buttons, or telling you a plugin will completely change the way you make music. If a tool solves a real problem, saves time, or gives you better control over what you’re doing, then I think it’s worth making.

Some of the tools here may be fairly specialized. Some may solve small problems. But they're all built with the same idea:
